How to use and preserve white cardboard and white board paper in winter:

Every winter, the weather is dry and the temperature is low. Based on the printing factory’s many years of production experience and combined with the characteristics of the base paper in this environment, in order to adapt to this seasonal climate change and avoid unnecessary trouble and trouble caused by changes in external environmental temperature and humidity in the production of color boxes and color boxes Loss, you can make reasonable adjustments in the production process and material matching based on your actual usage, comprehensive consideration of the physical properties of the base paper. From December of each year to March of the following year, color boxes and color boxes are prone to problems such as burst lines, printing blooms, warping, and printing delamination. From the perspective of paper characteristics, the base paper process has been adjusted to improve usability during this season. However, it is also necessary to pay close attention to the following tips during the production process in order to jointly improve product quality.

1. The purchased products should be stored indoors as much as possible and avoid being stored outdoors; try to transport the products to the printing workshop for storage 24 hours before printing the products, so that the temperature, humidity and paper in the printing workshop can reach a balance state, and the temperature in the printing workshop can be maintained at 15~20℃, humidity maintained at 50%~60%;

2. Due to the large temperature difference between indoor and outdoor in winter and the dry weather, paper moisture is easily lost and warping occurs. Therefore, the paper should be left bare for as short a time as possible after opening the package. After printing, it should be wrapped with PE film to prevent product deformation. If there is any breakage or damage, repair it immediately;

3. During the printing, oiling and drying process of paper, the water content of the original paper will be lost, causing the paper surface to dry out and crack. You can appropriately increase the width of the pressing line and adjust the depth of the pressing line; or humidify the workshop, such as sprinkling water around the cardboard to increase the humidity in the air;

4. In winter, the temperature decreases and the viscosity of the ink increases, which can easily lead to problems such as poor inking and printing bubbling. Some ink additives can be added appropriately to improve the applicability.
